Specialists from the Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry of Belarus have developed dry mixtures for a food 3D printer, which make it possible to print cutlets from natural meat without food additives, preservatives or dyes, Selskaya Gazeta reports. As Irina Katlovich, head of the sector for comprehensive research of meat products, said, the mixtures include pork, beef and chicken. Using a 3D printer, you can create cutlets of any shape and size, for example, animal-shaped, boneless, or filled. Belarusian scientists claim that their development has no analogues in the world.
